ITINERARY
One day before
Train tickets and itineraries are delivered to your hotel at least one day prior to your departure.
Day 1 Nagoya-Hakone
8:20-9:40 a.m. Nagoya Station Odawara Station
After arrival, free at your leisure. Transfer to The Prince Hakone on your own.
Apr. 17-Nov. 27: Stay at Hakone Prince Hotel Lakeside Annex.
Jan. 4-Apr. 16, Nov. 28-Dec. 29: Stay at The Prince Hakone Main Bldg.
Day 2 Hakone-Nagoya
Free at your leisure until departure.
5:30-6:40 p.m. Odawara Station
7:40-8:50 p.m. The tour will disband upon arrival at Nagoya Station
REMARKS
* Transportation fees covered by the tour include the one-way or round trip fare on the designated train. All other fees will be personally borne. * For the purpose of issuing your tickets, please indicate your name, address (with postal code) and telephone number of your hotel before and after the train ride as well as your check-in date when making reservations. If you are staying at someone's home, please indicate the name of the head of the household. * For the purpose of sending tickets, please make your reservations no later than noon two days before the desired departure date. * If you need to make any changes after making reservations, please call no later than eight business days before your departure date. * If you decide to cancel the tour after receiving your tickets, please send the tickets back to Sunrise Center. * You cannot designate the departure/arrival time, nor the train seat. * Please note that your Shinkansen tickets will not be reissued or replaced if you lose them after receipt. In those circumstances, you will have to purchase normal tickets at your own expense.This tour is offered to travelers from overseas only. * You need to arrange your own transfer between Odawara * Station and Hakone. (It takes 60 mins. and costs JPY 1,270by local bus. As of August 2009) * Triple room is not available at The Prince Hakone Main Bldg.
